Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Anthony Tan has a diverse background and extensive experience holding global executive positions in various industries from real estate and not-for-profit organizations to technology and investments. Anthony founded and served as CEO of one of the earliest private-labeled broadband Internet and communications services companies. He has an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago, an MA in Economics with honors from Western Michigan University and a CFP certification. Anthony has served for many years as a Trustee of Georgia College and State University and as Advisor to the Whitney Bunting School of Business. He established the first Intellectual Capital Partnership Program in technology for higher education in the State of Georgia.
President and Chief Technology Officer
Benedict Ow is responsible for overseeing the company’s technical strategy, creative vision and product architecture and is the brainchild behind the development of StoAmigo’s award-winning, next-generation software services platform. Prior to founding StoAmigo he held executive leadership positions in a variety of Internet-related companies, bringing a diverse set of skills — including systems engineering, design consulting, network infrastructure, project management, problem solving and creative thinking — to the management team. He is an active member of his community and has supported many philanthropic activities and charitable causes. Benedict graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Applied Mathematics from Western Michigan University, then secured a fellowship to complete a Master’s degree in Computational Mathematics. He has also completed the coursework for the PhD program in Neural Networks and Fuzzy Logic at Northwestern University.
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Steve Lewis comes to StoAmigo with a broad-based business experience having worked with land developers, international food safety companies, hospitals, and many others for over seventeen years. Prior to joining StoAmigo, Steve was a partner in one of the most successful boutique litigation law firms in Southern Nevada. He represented some of the largest companies in the state and achieved an AV Preeminent rating from his peers and judges alike. Steve received his B.A. in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara, his J.D. with a concentration in tax, from the University of Pacific and has completed coursework toward his M.P.S. in Homeland Security at Penn State University. He is a published author and holds the following compliance and security certifications: CHP, CSCS and CCSA.
Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
Jeremy Forsberg is an experienced marketer and a storyteller. He connects people in a personal way and creates experience beyond technology. As the communicator and campaigner, Jeremy established an award-winning road safety campaign in UK, worked as a high level operative for the UK Labor Party and was a regular on BBC Radio commenting on road safety issues, politics and a wide range of other topics. Jeremy had also worked with international brands and startups, building their market presence and providing amazing voice for them in the marketplace. Jeremy was awarded a BA Honors in Politics and an MA in International Political Economy from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and a CPE in Law from the University of Northumbria.
Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Development
With 35 years of experience in the field of IT and Telecommunications, John is charged with leading StoAmigo’s sales and business development efforts. He brings a combination of corporate and entrepreneurial acumen and is an excellent relationship builder. Time and time again, John has demonstrated the ability to dramatically and quickly expand sales globally. Known as a persuasive communicator and experienced negotiator, John serves on numerous boards and has held many senior positions worldwide from Chief Operating Officer of AT&T Mediterranean to Vice Chairman of Telecommunication and IT companies. His impressive background includes advising major world figures and international organizations including the Czech government, and the Minister of Communication of Greece. John graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with an Electrical Engineering degree.
Vice President, Product Development
As head of the product group, Richard Stiles is responsible for aligning StoAmigo’s product platforms with the needs of the client base to ensure positive platform implementation and full feature support. He brings over 30 years of experience in broadband communications to the company and has held several senior-level leadership positions with telecommunications companies throughout his career. Richard has also been named in multiple U.S. patents and has been instrumental in the successful development and implementation of a wide variety of products that are currently being deployed by leading telecommunications service providers throughout the United States.
Vice President, Operations
Dmitry Kogosov oversees StoAmigo’s human resource and administration department, in addition to his management role in operations. He is responsible for working across functional areas to bring together software development, product development and other areas of information technology to ensure that our culturally diverse, worldwide teams work together seamlessly and strive toward a common goal. With several years of experience managing geographically diverse personnel, Dmitry enhances StoAmigo’s strength as a global organization. Dmitry brings with him varied experiences in industries ranging from retail and mortgage banking to hi-tech. He graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo, New York, with double majors in Political Science and Economics.
Vice President, Accounting and Finance
Diane Zhang is responsible for all financial planning and reporting, budget management and operational analysis. She is also responsible for the daily oversight of the accounting department and for its strict adherence to generally accepted accounting principles. She was instrumental in the development and corporate presence of StoAmigo in China, lending her expertise, understanding and interpretation of Chinese state and local government laws and regulations in corporate business and related areas. Ms. Zhang has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 2006 and has held numerous management positions in the field of financial accounting. She holds a BA in Economic Management from Sichuan University and an MA in Economics from the University of Cincinnati.
Executive Director, European Operations
Vitaliy Yermolenko is charged with developing and implementing software system architecture to align the vision of StoAmigo with the needs of our client base. Vitaliy has extensive leadership experience in software design for a multitude of business applications including CRM systems, document collaboration and project tracking tools, information portals, fulfillment solutions and business software solutions for communications providers. Vitaliy received a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS degree from Kiev Polytechnic Institute, Ukraine. He also holds numerous technical certifications and programming qualifications.
Executive Director, Asian Operations
Sandy Zhou is the senior local executive overseeing StoAmigo’s China and Asian operations. Her responsibilities include managing the company’s Asian staff, financial management, oversight of all software testing, research and development efforts in Asia and coordination with our offices in the US and Europe. Sandy is a financial industry professional, having held leadership and management positions in various financial organizations. She is also a certified accountant with education from Southwest University of Finance and Economics. She also holds a Certificate in the field of insurance issued by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission.
